Nakul Kohli is the founding lawyer of Balance Law Professional Corporation. With a background spanning RSM Canada, PwC Canada LLP, and KPMG Law LLP, and credentials that include an LLB, LLM, and the CPA Tax In Depth designation, Nakul brings Big Four trained tax and legal expertise to every client engagement. His practice focuses on domestic and international tax law, corporate transactions, estate planning, and Federal Court proceedings.

Siddharth Narang is a Legal Analyst at Balance Law Professional Corporation, contributing across the firm’s tax, corporate, wills and estates, real estate, and Federal Court practice areas.
