With more than a decade of cross-border experience in tax law, corporate and commercial law, and international trade, Nakul is known for delivering practical, business-driven legal solutions that empower clients to navigate complex challenges with confidence.
Prior to establishing Balance Law, Nakul held senior advisory roles with top global accounting firms in Canada and served as corporate legal counsel for a multinational mining conglomerate in India. His leadership is shaped by this unique blend of legal, financial, and commercial expertise.
A mentor to internationally trained professionals and a director of Canadian non-profit organizations, Nakul combines legal excellence with community leadership. He is deeply committed to building a client-first, results-oriented legal practice that bridges law with business success.

Sucheta Dikshit is a dual licensed lawyer (Ontario and India) with over 12 years of experience working in the legal field. Having experience in diverse areas of practice such as Civil Litigation, and Corporate & Commercial transactions, Sucheta enjoys working at intersections of the law. Her substantial experience as an in-house counsel and deep understanding of business needs, helps her tailor legal advice for start-ups and businesses.
Sucheta completed her law graduation from University of Pune (ILS Law College) in 2008 and Masters in Business Law from National Law School of India University in 2011. She was called to Bar in India in 2008 and in Ontario in 2024. When she is not working, Sucheta enjoys teaching kids, dancing and reading books.
Rashmi is an internationally trained legal professional at Balance Law Professional Corporation with a strong foundation in Corporate, Commercial, and Human Rights Law. She holds a BA LLB and an LLM in Human Rights from India, is a Paralegal program graduate from Humber College, and is currently pursuing her NCA accreditation to become a licensed lawyer in Canada.
