Siddharth Narang joined Balance Law Professional Corporation as a Legal Analyst, working directly alongside founding lawyer Nakul Kohli across the firm’s full range of practice areas. His work spans litigation support, tax controversy, corporate transactions, wills and estate planning, and real estate, as well as proceedings before the Federal Court of Canada.
Siddharth holds an LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M., and is currently pursuing licensing with the Law Society of Ontario. He is also a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) candidate, with an expected completion in 2028. His strong academic foundation and advanced legal research complement the firm’s practitioner-led approach, enabling him to deliver thoughtful, well-reasoned, and analytically rigorous legal support.
In addition to his role at Balance Law, Siddharth provides legal consulting through his own Ontario corporation, giving him a practical perspective on the challenges that business owners and entrepreneurs face when navigating the legal and regulatory landscape.
